Apart from programs from Hainan Province, five programs from other provinces such as Hunan, Guangxi were also invited to participate in the event. The Tujia Copper Bell Dance in Baojing County is the only program recommended by Hunan Province.
Tujia Copper Bell Dance is one of the most distinctive dances of Tujia people. It has won multiple gold medals in provincial and prefectural level competitions and has been showcased in large-scale events such as the Beijing and Shanghai World Expos.
